The hotspot.co.uk Programme is for the use of residents of the United Kingdom. Residents of other countries will be accepted into the hotspot.co.uk Programme, however it is their sole responsibility to ensure that participation in the Hotspot Programme does not contravene any local laws. If such activity is deemed to contravene any local laws, Hotspot.co.uk may, at its discretion, close such accounts as are held in these countries.

Members may earn hotpoints for enrolling in the hotspot.co.uk programme.
Members are entitled to earn hotpoints in the prescribed manner and amount as detailed on the hotspot.co.uk website and through authorised communications by hotspot.co.uk to Members. The methods of earning hotpoints, as well as the amounts available are subject to change from time to time and will be communicated via the hotspot.co.uk website.
Unless otherwise specifically notified, hotpoints can only be earned through following all and any instructions regarding earning hotpoints. A Member's failure to correctly follow any required instructions or procedures may result in no hotpoints being earned, for which the Member will have no recourse against hotspot.co.uk hotpoints earned are recorded against your account.

hotspot.co.uk reserves the right to change the range of products, services and offers available for the redemption of hotpoints, as well as the number of hotpoints required to make any such redemption from time to time and any such change will be communicated via the hotspot.co.uk website.

hotpoints may not be transferred to other accounts nor pooled together in any manner and the sale or barter of hotpoints is strictly prohibited. One account per individual is permitted, the same individual cannot claim hotpoints from multiple accounts.hotpoints have no monetary value, and cannot be used for any purpose other than to purchase goods from the hotspot.co.uk website. At no time will points be available to be refunded for any cash value. You must have at least 500 hotpoints in your account in order to make purchases with hotpoints ONLY.Hawaiian Tropic reserve the right, in certain cases, to suspend orders until it is confirmed that the hotpoints were earned in the correct manner as described in the hotpoints section of the site.

hotspot.co.uk has full authority from time to time adjust a Member's account upwards or downwards in respect to accounting errors, or suspected fraud.

hotspot.co.uk reserves the right to terminate any account that has been dormant for a period of 6 months or more. hotspot.co.uk will attempt to contact the Member, via their nominated email address, if their account is at risk of termination through inactivity. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the account will be terminated, and any accrued hotpoints forfeited.
hotpoints are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and must be redeemed within that 12 months. hotspot.co.uk reserves the right to remove all hotpoints earned that are older than 12 months.

Shipping Information

All products and items are dispatched direct from our European office in Dublin, Ireland, using the national postal service. The goods will be delivered within 10 working days, when the destination is within the UK and within 15 working days within Europe. Except where otherwise stated the price we quote is exclusive of shipment, please note there is free UK delivery. For Express Delivery (DHL) that guarantees goods to be delivered within the specified time, the appropriate cost for this service will be debited from your credit card. Please note that the shipping rates for all our items we sell are weight based. The weight of any just item is in accordance with DHL delivery costs. You must supply a contact telephone number and daytime address, as your signature is required for this premier service. If a signatory is not available at the address supplied, the shipment will be returned to our 'Hotspot Shop'. A further charge will be made to your credit card for repeated outbound shipping.

Returns Policy

Hawaiian Tropic's 'no hassle' returns policy means that if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days. We will only accept returned goods if they are unused unopened or damaged in transit. Please advise Hawaiian Tropic Europe Inc. if you require a monetary refund or replacements to the value. The returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Material of an abusive, inaccurate, racist or pornographic nature will not be published by the hotspot team. Anyone who posts such content will be instantly deleted from the hotspot database.
You will receive 5 hotpoints for initially submitting your review. Once the review has been screened for improper content your review will go live and you will receive a further 50 hotpoints*.
Abuse of the review system by continous submission of irrelevant information will result in deletion from the hotspot database.
Any content that is deemed to be copied from other web sites or sources will not be published.
A maximum of 10 reviews per user can be published, the hotspot team reserve the right to change this maximum level at any time.
The hotspot team reserve the right to have full control of the reviews published, we do not gaurantee that all submitted reviews will be published.

*The hotspot team may vary the amount of hotpoints awarded from time to time.
