If you scored mostly a's you are: Oozing confidence You are extremely confident about yourself in general: whilst the rest of us dream of having your positivity. There is a very strong link between feeling confident and looking good. But nobody knows which comes first. You probably take great care of your body, or maybe you just have a totally fab life, and feel so good about your body because you're confident in other areas. Maybe you have lost weight recently? Body confidence increases after even a small weight loss. Whatever it is - keep it up. (You make the rest of us sick with envy!)
If you scored mostly b's you are: Level-headed and practical You've never really been interested in spending loads of time and money on looking good, because there are other things which you find more important. You're calm and collected. You like to keep your body looking good, but it's not the main thing in your life – and your partner knows that. You have a good sense of balance in your life but don't become too sensible. You can still maintain a gorgeous body by slapping on some fake tan or moisturiser, without investing in cosmetic surgery. Don't forget to make time for some top-to-toe pampering, don't neglect your body and you will feel your confidence soaring. You might enjoy yourself more than you think.
If you scored mostly c's you are:
Lacking in confidence You constantly think your body needs a complete overhaul. You are not the only one, lacking self-confidence or satisfaction in our bodies is very common. You are normal, so don't worry too much. Anybody who compares themselves with the women we all see every day in the media should try not to. Just by changing your eating pattern or walking rather than taking your car down to the local shop will increase your confidence and you fitness levels. Don't forget when your acting confident and you're half way there to being confident!
